Mary B. Mattke, age 99, of LaVernia, Texas passed away on November 25, 2013. She was born on May 14, 1914 in LaVernia, Texas to Wilhelm Mattke and Marie (Lenz) Mattke. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, C.J. Mattke, Paul Mattke; sisters, Frieda Jarutowicz, Elsa Witte, Alvina Strey, Rosa Witte, Laura Heinemeyer, Clara Mattke, Erna Duelm. She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many loving friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 1st from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Finch Funeral Chapel in LaVernia.
