Jimmy Dale Houk Sr., age 65, of Adkins, Texas passed away on December 11, 2013. He was born on Febuary 23, 1948 in Fort Worth, Texas to Silas Houk and Irma Dean Carlise. Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Wesley, James, Charles, baby brother, David; sisters, Ludy, Sarah Sue, Carolyn, cousin, Amy. He is survived by his loving wife, Judy Houk; children, Darla Aldridge, Jimmy Dale Houk Jr., Georgiana Dean Martinez, Heather Ruth Houk, J. Lucas Houk; grandchildren, Ashley, Brittney, Trey, Zachary, Tyler, Joey, AnnaBell, Alanis, Roman, Andrea, Joel, Karissa, Reagan, Jenyka, Alarick; 5 great grandchildren; brother, William Houk, Silas Houk, Melvin Houk; sister, Virginia; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many loving friends. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Sunday, December 15th at Finch Funeral Chapel- LaVernia.
