Carl W. “Mickey” Steenken Sr., age 79, of Stockdale, Texas passed away on December 2, 2013. He was born on May 4, 1934 in Denhawken, Texas to Louis Steenken and Allie (Sells) Steenken. Mickey was preceded in death by his parents; son, Carl William Steenken Jr. He is survived by his wife, Lisa Steenken; children, LeAnn Steenken, Lyndsi Springer and husband Eddie, James Steenken and wife Rose, Loretta Barrington; brother, Louis Calvin “Sonny” Steenken and wife Linny; numerous nieces, nephews and many loving friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 5th from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Finch Funeral Chapel in Stockdale.
