We unexpectedly lost a very dear daughter, wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. Billie “Danette” (Webernick) Bundick passed away August 22, 2013 at the age of 56. She was born March 5, 1957 to Billie Jean Webernick and Daniel Webernick in Ganado, TX. She married James Whitney “Jimmy” Bundick on January 29, 1977. Out of this marriage came Clarence “Jason” Bundick and wife Lindsay, Jamie Danette Bundick and husband Brandon Prasek, and Jim Reed Bundick and fiancée Brianna Griffith. She had three grandchildren that she adored, Hunter Wayne Laqua, Holt Henry Prasek, and Brighton Kathleen Bundick; and one sister, Debra Webernick Boysen. Danette was preceded in death by her brother, Johnny Alvin Webernick. She loved her grandchildren very much, and enjoyed spending every moment she could with them. Her passion was helping Hunter with his goat shows and watching his baseball games. She leaves behind so many lifelong friends, too many to mention. Danette had the most beautiful smile that lit up any room she walked into. She will truly be missed by all that knew her. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 26, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Finch Funeral Chapel- Nixon, TX.

Mr. James Griffith will officiate. Interment will follow at Bundick Cemetery in Smiley. Pallbearers are as follows: Clarence “Jason” Bundick, Jim Reed Bundick, Brandon Prasek, Don Parker, Phillip Streety, and Jim Moran. Honorary Pallbearers: Hunter Wayne Laqua, Holt Henry Prasek, and Brighton Bundick. In lieu of flowers the family is setting up a fund in memory of Danette Bundick at Sage Capital Bank in Gonzales, TX.
