Billie Nell (Carley) Carr age 82, of New Braunfels, Texas passed away on August August 25, 2013. She was born on December 8, 1931 in Luling, Texas to Virgil Dee and Hazel Mae Carley. Billie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Eugene Carr; brother, Virgil Carley; sister, Hazel Mae Kohutek. She is survived by her children, Dickie Brown, Barbara Van Zandt and husband Leroy, Douglas Brown and wife Valerie, Brenda Carr and husband Mike, Edward Carr and wife Anna, Robert Carr and wife Belinda; brother, Joe Carley and wife Shirley; and many other loving family and friends.
