Condolence: For several years Fr. John was dean of the 14 parishes in the SE Deanery in San Antionio. I was the SE Deanery Pastoral Coordinator. It was a pleasure to work with Fr. John. He was very helpful and supportive. We became friends. He would also call me to help with confessions at St. Jerome. He always had a party for the prists after confessons and we all enjoyed his company and the company of one another.
I am sure he is with the Lord resting now.
I was so happy I got to talk to him a few days before he died. God bless his family and all who loved him.
