Willie Ann Canion, 89, of Smiley, Texas went to be with the Lord on March 21, 2022. Willie was born on November 21, 1932 in Monthalia, Texas to Melvin Elijah Beeson and Nina Lavelle (Rentz) Beeson. Willie married her sweetheart, Cecil Charles Canion on May 2, 1978 in Gonzales County. Willie is preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, William Erle Heller; daughter, Donna Marie Heller; brothers, Porter Ray Beeson, and Charles Frederick Beeson; and sisters, Melba Tate, and Betty Gandre.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Barbara Mansel (Robert), Kenneth Canion (Mindy), Larry Canion (Alice), and Carl Heller (Nancy); 24 grandchildren; numerous great and great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; brother, Timothy Beeson (Kathy); sister, Sandra Burleson (Patrick); and daughter-in-law, Mary Heller.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 25, 2022 from 1:00pm-2:00pm, at Finch Funeral Chapel in Nixon, Texas. The Funeral Service will follow at 2:00pm at Finch Funeral Chapel. Followed by Committal at Bundick Cemetery. Chaplain Kenneth Holder and Reverend Jennifer Jelly will officiate the services. Serving as Pallbearers are David Shane Wishert, Robert Dale Mansel, Jr., William Edwin Heller, Colton Wishert, Landry Heller, Logan Heller, Christopher Canion, Dusty Heller, and Butch Gandre.
