Dr. Vivian Virginia Vetrano, AKA VVV for Vim Vigor and Vitality passed away peacefully at Country Care Manor on July 14, 2019. She was born in Houston, Texas on Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 1927. She was a Chiropractor, Medical doctor, PhD all related in natural healing and health for all of her patients. She was fluent in English, French and Spanish, lectured and studied all over the world, teaching and sharing her health knowledge with everyone she met, which included, France, Canada, Seoul, Korea, Egypt and Africa where thousands of people attended her lectures, often being translated by translators, to glean her abundant knowledge of natural health and healing practices. She played the accordion, wrote her own music, danced professionally for a short period of time and was in the cast of the original production of Oklahoma in New York City. She was asked to go on tour with the production in Europe but declined because she had been accepted to attend ballet school with Madame Piankova in Paris, France. She loved all types of dance including Jazz, Tap, Ballet, and especially the Mexican Hat Dance. She also loved bicycling, and swimming and to be with her daughter Tosca, her son-in-law Greg, and her grandkids, Raven, Lynn, Crystal and Brenton (who recently presented her with a great grandson she never knew). She especially loved her church family where she always attended Mass, right front row with her beautiful silver/gold hair and trademark flower in her hair. She especially enjoyed attending all the bible classes where everyone seemed to take care of her in a special, loving way. One of her proudest achievements in her bible studies was graduating from Oblate School of Theology with a two-year study in Theology & Church Formation. This made her very proud. She loved life and experienced it to the fullest. The world was a little less sparkly on July 14th.
