Tules F. Cardenas, 87, of Nixon, Texas passed away on November 22, 2022, in New Braunfels. Tules was born on November 15, 1935, in Nixon to Marina (Torres) and Herculano Flores. Tules grew up in Nixon and was dearly loved by her community.

Tules is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Casimiro Cardenas; brother, Herculano Flores, Jr.; and sister, Dorothy DeLeon.

Tules will be dearly missed by her children, Celia Quiring of New Braunfels, Dominga Perez of IL, Oscar J. Cardenas, Sr. of Seguin, Pam Cardenas of Tyler, and Lupe C. Cardenas of Nixon; 14 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Jim Flores (Emma); numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
