Theresa Sandoval Cardenas entered eternal rest on March 10, 2024, at the age of 89 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 3, 1934, in Stockdale, Texas to Jose Sandoval and Antonia (Leal) Sandoval.
Theresa married the love of her life, Ricardo Cardenas, on October 2, 1955. They created a home that they enjoyed together for 67 years until his passing on April 22, 2023. She is also preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Isaias Sandoval, Aniceto Sandoval, Estevan Sandoval, Juan Sandoval, Jose Sandoval, Ramon Sandoval; sisters, Luisa Andrada, Fidelia Becerra, Petra Martinez, Angelita Ledesma, Estefana Rocha, Theodora Sandoval, Rita Sandoval.
Theresa is survived by her loving daughters, Betty Jo Talamantez and husband Jesse, and Bertha Ann Cardenas-Lomas and husband Gilbert; grandson, Michael Austin Talamantez and wife Bryna Laree; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
