Suzan Ann (Egle) Ivy, of La Vernia, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2019 in San Antonio. She was born in San Antonio on January 11, 1944 to Eugene and Ruth (Piper) Egle. Suzan married Jimmie Ray Ivy Sr. on July 30, 1963 and together raised three beautiful children; Robin Hunter, Tracy Snow, and Jimmie Ray Ivy Jr. (Bubba). She was completely dedicated to her family and played an exceptional role in their lives. Suzan could always make something special out of nothing and her talents showed no limits when painting, sewing and crocheting. Suzan was welcomed in heaven by her parents; husband of 56 years, Jimmie Ivy Sr.; daughter, Robin Hunter; sisters, Evelyn Lockey and Jeanie Williams. She is survived by her brother, Gene Jr.; daughter, Tracy Snow and husband Dennis; son, Jimmie Ray Ivy Jr. and wife Erica; grandchildren, Kayla, Kelsi, Kymber, Kaitlynn, Kolton, Kathleen, and Korbin; great-grandchildren, Robin, Kaylee, Kopelin, Karson, Rylen, Maci, Olivia, Daxton, and Declan, as well as many loving nieces, nephews and friends. A visitation will take place on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 from 5pm to 8pm at Finch Funeral Chapel, La Vernia.
