Susie Mae “Sue” Chaffin, formerly of Nixon, entered eternal rest on October 17, 2019 in Seguin, Texas at the age of 97. She was born on September 19, 1922 in Nixon, Texas to Emra Hatchett Chaffin and Johnie Armette Griffin Chaffin. She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Billie Chaffin and his wife, Anita. She is survived by her niece and nephews: Claudia Chaffin, Chris Chaffin and wife Norma, and Clyde Chaffin. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Finch Funeral Chapel- Nixon.
