Sue O’Neal Wishert passed away Saturday, October 5, 2019 in Gonzales. Sue was born August 10, 1945 in Nixon to Clebern Hugh and Ava Manilla (Stewart) O’Neal. Her parents; sisters Shirley A. Pouncey and Sandra Parker; nephews Joey and Kent Pouncey precede her in death. Sue is survived by her daughter Nita Wishert; son Stewart Wishert and wife Jamie; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and one on the way. A visitation will take place Monday, October 7, 2019, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Finch Funeral Chapel, Nixon. A graveside funeral service will be held Tuesday, October 8, 2019, at 2:00 PM at the Bundick Cemetery. The Reverend Marvin Miles will officiate at the service.
