Sherry Lynn Coats Kotara entered eternal rest on October 28th, 2023 in La Vernia, TX at the age of 48 years-old. She was born on August 27th, 1975, in San Antonio, TX to Weldon Eugene Hill, Sr. and Mary Ann (Buckley) Hill.
Sherry is preceded in death by her father; brother, Weldon Hill, Jr.; grandparents, Annie Bell and Richard Buckley, Sr.; Pearl Ann and James Roy Hill. She is survived by her husband of 16 years, Fred Kotara; children, Justin Kotara (Brittany), Christian Coats, Briana Coats, Taten Snedeker; grandchildren, Tessah Kotara, Negan Kotara; mother, Mary Ann Hill; sisters, Donna Pastrano (Steven), Elizabeth Hrna (Don); and her beloved dog, Precious Lee; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
A visitation with the family will take place on Monday, November 6th, 2023 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm with same day Rosary starting at 7:00pm at Finch Funeral Chapel, Stockdale, TX.
