Richmond Borders of La Vernia, Texas passed away on January 19, 2020 in Floresville, Texas at the age of 80. Richmond was born on December 14, 1939 in Barksdale, Louisiana to Junie Adger Borders and Annie Christine (Adams) Borders, whom have preceded him in death along with his daughter, Jacqui Borders. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Henrietta (Marrott) Borders; granddaughter, Kaitlyn Borders; siblings, Carol Bowers (Jim) and Janis (Mark); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends. A visitation will be held on Friday, January 31, 2020, 1:00pm-2:00pm, at Finch Funeral Chapel in La Vernia, Texas.
