Richard Wiley Hopson entered eternal rest on August 2, 2019 at the age of 76. He was born on June 26, 1943 in Big Springs, Texas to Carl Clinton and Nettie Elizabeth (Brown) Hopson. Richard is preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Ashley Hopson; 2 brothers; and 4 sisters. He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Hazel Hopson; children, Richard Hopson, Jr., Ron Hopson, Paul Radicke (Cynthia), Jeanne Mendez (Mark), and Susan Sekula (Keith); 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sister, Virginia Fellers; numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 5, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Finch Funeral Chapel- Nixon.
