She was born on September 27, 2003 in Bossier City, LA to Irvin Foster Russell, Jr. and Wendie Bevans Chevallier. Rachel was preceded in death by her mother, Wendie Chevallier; sister, Amber Russell; grandparents, Sandra Ann Russell, David Wayne Bevans, and Irvin Foster Russell, Sr. She is survived by her father, Irvin Foster Russell, Jr. and wife Misty; step-father, Thomas Chevallier; siblings, Cody Russell and wife Mallory, Logan Self, Nocona Self, Ethan Chevallier, and William Schievelbein; grandmothers, Dee Bevans and Carol Ann Russell; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives. Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at Finch Funeral Chapel- La Vernia.
