Mary Ramos, 85, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 29, 2024. She was born November 12, 1938, in Stockdale, Texas to the late Daniel Rocha Sr. and Petra Silva Rocha. On September 15, 1978, she married Miguel Ramos.

Mary was active with St. Vincent De Paul Society, she was also in the Altar Society, retired from the Senior Volunteer Program, Pastoral Council, Financial Church Council. In her spare time, she dedicated herself to gardening, reading, sewing, camping, and walking. She will be truly missed by many.

Mary is survived by her loving husband, Miguel; sisters, Elvira Rocha, Belen Garza, and Victoria Perez; brother, Daniel Rocha Jr.; numerous nieces and nephews and extended family. She is preceded in death by her parents and nephew, Ruben Garza Jr.

Visitation with the family will be 5:00 to 7:00 pm Wednesday April 3, 2024, at the Finch Funeral Chapel in Stockdale. At 7:00 pm a rosary will be recited. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 am Thursday, April 4, 2024, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Stockdale. Interment will follow the service at the St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery.
