Marshall James Niemietz Anderson was called home to his Lord on Sunday, November 19, 2023. Marshall was his parents' first born and raised in Katy, Texas. He left for the University of Louisiana Lafayette in 2016 and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in 2020. While at UL he met his best buddy, Luke Peebles, who would be the one to introduce him to the love of his life, Miss Addie Burleigh, and together they grew their relationship based on love for God first then each other. They were engaged in June and looking forward to their wedding next April.

Marshall and his brothers, Mason and Maverick, were each other's best friend. It was very rare to not see the three of them together. They enjoyed laughing, gaming and giving their parents a hard time. He was known by his friends, family and community in Rayne, LA, as an infectious personality. He shared his love for music and playing guitar and violin where he played in the choir at St. Joseph's in Rayne where he made his home. He taught students in the area and was asked by some to share his talents at their weddings. It was very rare to find Marshall in a bad mood. He was positive about everything and always ready to lend you a hand. His physical being is gone but his spirit and memory will be kept alive by everyone who love him.

Survivors include his parents, Todd Michael Anderson and Roslyn Niemietz Anderson of Katy, TX, two brothers, Mason Anderson, Maverick Anderson both of Katy, TX, maternal grandmother, Bernice Niemietz of La Vernia, TX, fiancé', Addie Burleigh of Rayne, LA, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
