It is with great sadness that the family of Marie Y. O'Berry announces that she went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at the age of 77. She was preceded in death by her mother, Vicenta Diaz, son, Antonio Saldana Jr, sister, Ana Rodriguez and brother, Robert Diaz.

Marie is survived by her sisters, Diane Acuna, Rose Diaz and Dolores Diaz Gomez. Brothers, Frank Diaz, Danny Diaz, Lupe Diaz and Ernest Diaz. Daughters, Mary H Saldana (Steve Moreno) and Angel Carrum (Charlie Carrum) and son, Christopher Frank Saldana. Grandchildren Lauri Saldana, Amber Wauls, Michael Wauls, Cassandra Saldana, Catherine Carrum, Carlos Carrum and Mariah Moreno. Great-grandchildren, Coraline Cuvillier, Ahmad Chatman, Elias Wauls, Noah Chatman and Bishop Chatman. Numerous nephews and nieces and great-nephews and great-nieces.

She will be greatly missed by her family.

The family will meet for a funeral service at 11 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church, 2610 Perez St, San Antonio on Friday, September 24, 2021.
