Maria Ventura Cruz passed to her heavenly home, Sunday, September 10, 2023, in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 76. She was born in Mexico on July 14, 1947.

Maria is survived by her children, Ramon Cruz (Alma), Maria Elena Sandoval (Marcelino), Agustin Picasso, Lupe Picasso (Eliseo Cordero), Rosa Chavez (David), Benito Picasso (Claudia), Jose Angel Picasso (Rebecca); grandchildren, Raymond, Xavier, Vanessa, Sarai, Sabella Alexandra, Stefania Siham, Jasmin, Alondra, Evelin, Yudith, Brianna, Eliseo II, Adrian, Daniel, Damian, Arianah, Julian, Camila, Alexa, Angelina; great-grandchildren, Ruby, Rosie, Nohely, June; brothers, Pedro Cruz, Zeferino Cruz, Reyes Antonio Cruz; sisters, Maria DeJesus Cruz, Martha Cruz, Felipa Cruz, Maria Cruz; numerous nieces, nephews and other loving relatives. Maria is preceded in death by her parents, Agustin Cruz Garcia, and Rosa Medrano Gonzalez; sister, Maria Cruz; niece, Margarita Cruz.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, Friday, September 15, 2023, at 10:30 AM. The Mass will be followed by a visitation that will be held at Finch Funeral Chapel from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

The interment will take place Saturday, September 16, 2023, with departure from Finch Funeral Chapel at 9:30 AM to St. Ann’s Catholic Cemetery, La Vernia, Texas 78121.

Father Johnson Le will officiate the Mass.
