He was born on June 1, 1990 in Austin, Texas to Lowell Emmett Ivey, Sr. and Roxanne Heiman Ivey. Lowell is survived by his parents, Lowell “Bitty” and Roxanne Ivey; sisters: Stephanie Stites and husband Kevin, Jennifer Coleman and husband Micah; nieces: Haley Ivey and Joey “Cricket” Coleman; nephews: Jason Rossi and Cutter Coleman; uncles: Gene Heiman and wife Patty, Michael Heiman and wife Betsy, William Ivey and wife Teresa, Jackie Ivey and wife Debbie; aunt, Carol Turk; cousins and many friends.
