Obituary for Lidia Carrillo-Reyes
On the evening of July 5, 2021, Lidia Carrillo-Reyes passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family. Lidia was born on August 2, 1943 in San Mateo, Zacatecas, Mexico to Rito Carillo-Luna and Juana Reyes-Carillo.
Lidia is survived by her children, Rafaela Galvan-Garcia and spouse Meliton Galvan, Modesto Garcia-Carrillo and spouse Maricela Garcia, Miguel Garcia-Carrillo and wife Rosa Garcia; Salvador Garcia-Carrillo and spouse Guadalupe Garcia, and Alicia Garcia-Carillo and spouse Javier Ramirez; grandchildren, Omar Garcia, Liliana Garcia, Diego Garcia, Pedro Antonio Garcia, Naiomy Garcia, Arturo Garcia, Leonardo Garcia, Alex Garcia, Cecillia Garcia, Jacqulyn Garcia, Miguel Garcia Jr., Griselda Galvan, Vanessa Galvan, Tania Galvan, Yesenia Galvan, Pedro Galvan, Victor Galvan, Meliton Galvan, Jimmy Lee Garcia, Abigail Garcia, Patrick Garcia; 20 great-grandchildren; as well as other loving family and many friends.
Lidia is preceded in death by her husband, Modesto Garcia-Soto; her parents; and children, Pedro Antonio-Garcia, Maria De La Lus Garcia-Carillo, and Alicia Garcia.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2021, 5:00pm-8:00pm, with the Rosary at 6:00pm, at Finch Funeral Chapel in Nixon.
The funeral mass will be on Friday, July 9, 2021, 10:00am at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Nixon with interment following at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
