Leonardo M. Zamora Sr., 94 of Nixon, Texas passed away on November 18, 2020 at his home. Leonard was born on February 10, 1926 in Shaw MS to the late Cresenciano and Trinidad Maldonado Zamora. Leonardo married Ernestina Sanchez, August 8, 1960. He was preceded in death by; parents; brothers, Lupe, Chito, Abel, and Hondo Zamora; sister, Anita Zamora. Leonardo is survived by his wife, Ernestina; sons, Ruben Hernandez, Leonard and Sylvia Zamora Jr., Geronimo and Flora Zamora; daughters, Gracey and Frank Carrillo, and Tina Ester Zamora; 16 grandchilderen; 23 great-grandchildren; 1 great great-grandchild; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. A visitation will be held Sunday, November 22, 2020, 5:00pm-8:00pm, at Finch Funeral Chapel in Nixon.
