Obituary for Leonard Joseph Reinhard

Leonard Reinhard passed away peacefully on January 30, 2021. Leonard was born November 20, 1953 in San Antonio, Texas to Clarence and Isabella Reinhard (Bittner).
Leonard worked at Holt Machinery as a machinist for over 14 years, after that he became part owner of Southwestern Welding and Machining where he worked actively as a welder/machinist for over 30 years. One of Leonard’s favorite past times was to sit and shell pecans while listening to KKYX. He also enjoyed fishing at the family bay house in Rockport and hunting in Junction, Texas with his family and friends.
Leonard is preceded in death by his parents; infant son, Patrick Reinhard; brother, Phillip Reinhard; father-in-law, Hubert Kosub; brother-in-law, Richard Ries. He is survived by his wife of over 39 years, Kathleen; sons, Steven, and Matthew Reinhard; brothers, Robert Reinhard (Dean), Michael Reinhard (Susan); sister, Carol Ries; mother-in-law, Apolonia Kosub; sisters-in-law, Susan Reinhard, Dolores Thoms (Gregory); brother-in-law David Kosub (Nancy); numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives.
There will be a visitation with family on Wednesday, February 3, 2021, at Finch Funeral Chapel, La Vernia from 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM, with Rosary being recited at 7:00 PM at this same location.
