Obituary for Kailey Kotara

Kailey Marie Kotara, went to her heavenly home October 31, 2020, at the age 15 years. Kailey was born in San Antonio, Texas on August 22, 2005, to Larry Wayne and Dawn Marie Kotara (Warzecha). Kailey loved all things outdoors including, but not limited to, hunting, fishing, volleyball, basketball, swimming, shopping, and gardening (she loved her succulent plants). Kailey had a huge love for life, her family, her dear friends, and her fur babies. She loved pickles and baking and had the biggest heart a young lady her age could ever have. She always had the sweetest smile and was thinking of everyone else and what she could do for others. Kailey was a true loyal daughter, sister, and friend.
Kailey is preceded in death by her grandparents, Ben and Dorothy Kotara. She is survived by her parents, Larry and Dawn Kotara, and her brother Kyle; grandparents, Alvin and Rosemarie Warzecha. Kailey is also survived by her aunts Margaret Shodrock (Joe), Kathy Ewing (Donald) and Judy Kotara; uncle Michael Kotara (Marilyn) and, cousins Lauren Shodrock, Brittany Burns, Brandon Ewing, Michael “Mikey” Kotara, Dustin Kotara, Travis Bock, Rhonda Warzecha, Susan Reinhard and Scott Reinhard, as well as many dear friends.
A visitation will take place from 4:00-8:00 pm with a rosary beginning at 6:00 pm Sunday, November 8, 2020 at Finch Funeral Chapel, La Vernia.
