Joe C. McMinn passed away on July 14, 2021 at the age of 88. Joe was born August 16, 1932 to Charles Preston McMinn and Ethel (Nason) McMinn. He proudly served in the US Air Force and honorably retired in 1970. He was also a member of the Brahan Lodge #226 AF & AM.
Joe is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Cathy Vlahos; granddaughter, Shannon McMinn; 8 brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife Melva McMinn; children, Debra Capriato , Kenneth McMinn, Joe C. McMinn Jr., Lacii Spenrath (Roger), Ronald A. Steger; grandchildren, Miriah Day, B.J. Vlahos, Nick Vlahos, Brady Spenrath, Reyn Steger, Heidi Steger, Avery McMinn, Bradleigh McMinn, Danielle Capriato, Carmen Capriato; numerous great grandchildren; sister, Peggy Ming (Glennice); nephews, nieces, and countless friends.
Visitation will be held at La Vernia United Methodist Church, Friday, July 23, 2021, from 10:00-11:00 am.
