Obituary for George J. Geigenmiller

George J. Geigenmiller, 71 of La Vernia, Texas was reunited with his Lord and Savior on July 16, 2019. George was born on November 29, 1947 in San Antonio, Texas to Ernest Frank Geigenmiller and Adela (Graf) Geigenmiller whom have preceded him in death. George was a veteran of the United States Army and retired Tech Sgt of the 149th Civil Engineer branch of the Air National Guard, and retired from Rush Enterprises (Peterbilt) after 40 years of service as an Automotive Tech. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Bonnie Jean (Hopkins) Geigenmiller; daughters, Christina Skoog (Carlos) and Wanda Jo Hay; sisters, Irene Myers (Jim), Mary Anderson (Andy), Theresa Barrera (Paul); brothers, Ernest Jr. (Sonny), William (Bunky), Johnny, David (Lisa), and Henry (Mary) Geigenmiller; aunt, Mildred Geigenmiller; grandchildren, Troy Kindley (Emily), Cody McLean (Kayla), Kaylee Oliver (Brian Jr.), Devin and Ryan Erfurth; 6 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. A visitation will be held on Friday, July 26, 2019, I0:00am -11:00am at Finch Funeral Chapel in La Vernia.
