Evelyn Heyen-Riddle, age 81, of Hemphill, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2019 at her home, in Hemphill, surrounded by her loving family. Evelyn was born July 19, 1937 in Mathis, San Patricio County, to Odie and Nadine (Neyland) Childress. Her parents; husband, Earl “Buddy” Heyen; daughters, Janice Frye and Kathy Heyen, precede her in death. Evelyn is survived by her son, Kenny Wick and his fiancé, Kathy Anderson; grandchildren, Kenneth Wick, Melissa Trost, Brandy Hill, Greyson Hull, Tyler Frye and Cordell Frye; seven great-grandchildren. A visitation will take place Wednesday, May 22, 2019 from 10:00am to 11:00am at Finch Funeral Chapel, Stockdale.
