Esther Margrene Rice, 85, of Leesville, TX went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 in Seguin, TX.
A private burial will take place on Thursday, June 8, 2023.
Margrene was born on March 8, 1938, in Guadalupe County to the late Pleas and Minnie Elder. She worked many years as an educator and was retired. Her many interest included Gardening and caring for her cows. Margrene was a faithful christian and enjoyed her sewing group at church. She will be dearly missed.
Margrene is survived by her daughter, Karene Dirks and husband Ronald; granddaughter, Amanda Kaye Acker and husband Mark; brother, Donald Ray; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
