I have so many memories of Nonnie she was always very special to me. I´m sad that she is gone but I know that she was suffering these last few years and she is now an angel in heaven. I found this poem, it expresses best how I feel in a moment like this more than words through my feelings and thoughts.
As the sun sets upon this life and your body is laid to rest
I know you´ll be up in heaven because God only takes the best
I know you´re watching over me and it takes away the pain
I will carry you in my heart until we meet again
My world is a little darker now that we´re apart
But the memories are shining brightly
Within this broken heart
You touched the lives of those you loved
And we wanted you to stay
But you were needed in Heaven
And God whispered ¨come this way¨
I know whenever I´m lonely
And this smile becomes a frown
I´ll look up to the sky above
And there will be an Angel looking down
I love you Nonnie and I know we will see each other again some day.

God bless. 🙏 💗🙏.💗. Prayers for the family for your great loss. But know Emilie is with God in Heaven as another beautiful Angel at peace now. We were friends and neighbors and cousins growing up in Dobskyville Texas. We will forever have our cherished memories of our loved ones.
