Obituary for Emil W. Kosub
Emil W. Kosub passed away peacefully in his home on December 16th, at the age of 84 years old. He was born on October 12th, 1939, to Emil Alex and Elizabeth (Cielencki) Kosub.
He is survived by the love of his life for 39 years, Monica (Vacek) Kosub; children, Yvette Richardson (Dennis), Chad Kosub (Maggie), and Wade Gulley (Jolene); grandchildren, Leah Richardson, Quinn Gulley, Keagan Gulley, Tessa Gulley, Genevieve Kosub, Gavin Kosub; great-grandson, Tripp Thompson; siblings, Allen Kosub (Regina) and Curtis Kosub (Mary Bob); numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and so many friends. Emil was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Florence Brady.
Emil was born and raised in St Hedwig and graduated from East Central High School. Eventually he achieved his dreams of owning his own Kosub Nursery and Kosub Tree Farm. For Emil, family means everything. Monica and Emil did everything together, and they loved to dance. Emil loved woodworking and donated most of his work to the charities he loved. He will be dearly missed by everyone, each of them loved him so much.
A visitation with the family will take place on Thursday, December 21st, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Finch Funeral Chapel- La Vernia, and the Rosary will be recited that same evening at the funeral home.
