Elida M. Rodriguez went to be with her Heavenly Father on July 7, 2020 at the age of 84. Elida was born on December 4, 1935 in Kerrville, Texas to Sylvester and Juanita (Perez) Medina, who have preceded her in death along with her husband, Jose Rodriguez; daughter, Sylvia Cisneros; 3 brothers and 3 sisters. She is survived by her son, Rene Rodriguez (Martina); daughter, Jo Anne Boatright; 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; brother Zeke Medina; sister, Susie Torres; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and many loving friends. A visitation will be held on Friday, July 10, 2020, 9:00am-9:45am at Finch Funeral Chapel in Nixon, Texas. Facial coverings and social distancing are required for all in attendance. There will be a formal procession to St. Joseph Catholic Church for the Rosary Vigil to be prayed at 10:00am.
