Dorothy H. (Petry) Baxley entered eternal rest on December 22, 2019 at the age of 88. She was born on June 5, 1931 in San Antonio, TX to William Charles and Helen (Margozewitz) Petry. Dorothy was preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years, Charles C. Baxley; her parents; daughters, Sherry Poole and Betty Ann Fielden; and grandson, Wayne Hardin. She is survived by her daughter, Annette Francis and husband Arnie; son-in-law, Kurt Fielden; grandchildren, Megan Lingo and husband Randy, and Clifton Long; great-grandchildren, Luke Lingo, Leah Lingo, Lane Lingo, Sherry Kellum and husband Kenneth Jr., and Karli Hardin; great- great grandchild, Kendalyn Kellum; and sister, Charlene Kiolbassa. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at St. Ann Catholic Church- La Vernia, TX, and the Rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m. that same morning at the church.
