Dean Kenneth Oatman passed away on October 15, 2019 at his home in Adkins. Dean was born on May 26, 1934 in Kerrville, Texas to Burtle Lewis Oatman and Amy Maurie (Wilson) Oatman. Preceding him in death are his parents; brothers, Charles Lewis Oatman, Thomas Burtle Oatman, and Elmer Eugene Oatman; sister, Nona Maurie Bauer. He is survived by wife, Shirley Ann (Housman) Oatman; daughter, Debra Dean Cochran and husband Les; “granddog”, Maggie Mae; numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family. Visitation will be held at Finch Funeral Chapel in La Vernia on October 17, 2019 from 6:00
