Dan F. Thompson, age 68, passed away in San Antonio, Texas, Saturday, November 27, 2021. Dan was born December 22, 1952 in Covington, Tennessee, to James Thompson and Paulene Thompson (Baskins). Dan is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his son David Thompson and wife, Paula; grandchildren, Christin Thompson-Magee (Jeff), Harley Yeomans (Daniel), Samantha Thompson; great-grandchildren, Daisy Chevelle Yeomans, Bentley Franklin Yeomans; siblings, Janet Van Zandt, Rita Mount, Melinda Watkins, J.K. Thompson, Elaine Kimes, Tommy Thompson; numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.

There will be a viewing at Holt Memorial Chapel in Harrison, Arkansas, Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
