Clarence Kotara, age 60, of La Vernia, passed away at his home on Saturday, August 3, 2013. Clarence was born April 1, 1953 in San Antonio, TX to, Sixtus Martin and Wilma Theresa (Lyssy) Kotara. His sister, Brenda McGuire, precedes him in death. Clarence is survived by his wife, Bonnie Kotara of La Vernia; daughters, Robin Hardaway and husband, Steve, of Kyle and Michelle Hellmann and husband, David, of La Vernia; seven grandchildren; parents, Sixtus and Wilma Kotara of San Antonio; sisters, Karen McBee, Diane Allen and husband, Nick, Sandy Kotara, Michelle Hargus and husband, Bob, and Kimberly Kotara; brothers, Sixtus Kotara Jr. and Donald Kotara and wife, Nicki; numerous nephews and nieces. A viewing will take place 1:00pm, Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at Finch Funeral Chapel, La Vernia.
