Christopher Allen Ward, 38, of La Vernia, Texas passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2023, in San Antonio, TX.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 26, 2023, at 10:00 AM at Christ Lutheran of Elm Creek Cemetery.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, June 25, 2023, from 3:00 to 6:00 PM at Finch Funeral Chapel, La Vernia, Texas.
Christopher was born on September 21, 1984, in Seguin, TX to Raymond Harlan Ward and Pamela Zwicke. He married his true love, JoAnn Lookingbill on November 5, 2011. He worked as a machine operator and loved motorcycles and his family. Christopher was a member of Christ Lutheran Church of Elm Creek.
Christopher is survived by his son, Ryland Tate Ward; daughter, Rhianna Tristan; father, Raymond Ward and mother,
Sandy Ward; aunt, Edith Sommer and husband Dwayne; uncle, Jeffrey Ward, uncle, Gary Zwicke; siblings,
Raymond Ward Jr., Michael Ward and wife Leslie, Phillip Ward, Haley Ward; cousins, Sarah and Daniel Eilers, Ashley and Chad Anderson, Misty and Christopher Phelps; many beloved family and friends.
Christopher was preceded in death by his beloved wife, JoAnn Ward; daughters, Emily Garcia and Brooke Ward; his beloved brother, Bryan Ward.
