Obituary for Chester W. Preiss
On August 16, 2019, Chester W. Preiss passed away at the age of 78 in Poteet, Texas. He was born on November 8, 1940 in Bergheim, Texas to Raymond Preiss and Josephine (Bechtold) Preiss, whom have preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Darlene J. Preiss; sons, Gregory Preiss (Tammy) and Ryan Preiss; grandchildren, Kayla Snyder (Landon) and Austin Preiss; brothers, Elmer Preiss (Helen), Nelton Preiss (Charlotte), and Larry Preiss (Kathy); as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many friends. A visitation will be held on Friday, August 23, 2019, 9:00am-10:00am, at Finch Funeral Chapel in La Vernia, Texas.
