Charles Ray Wootan entered eternal rest on January 13, 2021 at the age of 68. He was born on June 3, 1952 in San Antonio, Texas to Louis W. and Joyce (Prewitt) Wootan.
Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Wootan; his mother Joyce Wootan; mother-in-law, Clara Hatch, father-in-law, Thomas Hatch. He is survived by his daughter, Shelley Helbert (Jeremy); father, Louis Wootan; granddaughter, Paislee Helbert; brother, Wayne Wootan (Sharon); nephew, Joseph Wootan (Melissa); nieces, Jennifer Blankenship (Bill), Misty Dieckow (Johnny), Ashley Kowalik (Derek); brother-in-law, Billy Hatch (Glenda) numerous great nieces and nephews. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 16, 2020 at Finch Funeral Chapel.
