Carlton Keith Phillips passed away Sunday, April 16, 2023, at his home in La Vernia at the age of 61. He was born February 5, 1962, in San Antonio, Texas to Lloyd and Ruby Phillips.

Carlton is preceded in death by his wife Melody Phillips; father, Lloyd Phillips; brother, Ronnie Day. He is survived by his mother Ruby Phillips; children, Christopher Henderson, Rebecca Phillips, and Tyler Phillips; grandchildren, Jack and Layla Henderson; brother, Clyde Phillips; sisters, Judy Day and Denise Guidry; numerous nieces and nephews.

The family has planned a private graveside service at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
