Bret Morris Passmore, 65, of Houston, Texas was called to his eternal home on September 11, 2023. Bret was born February 2, 1958 in Pleasanton, Texas to O.N. Passmore and Catherine Johnson Passmore. Bret is preceded in death by his parents, his twin sister Beverly and his brother Mason. Bret will be dearly missed by his wife Tatiana; children, Nathanial Passmore, and Bryan Passmore (Andrea); stepchildren, Karina Montesinos, Andrew Montesinos; his aunt, Ruth; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Bret was a loving husband, father, and son. Bret was an avid golfer and loved to work on cars, watch drag racing and and any other races with cars. He was an excellent mechanic and a Certified Mercedes Benz Technician. Bret was a sponsor for AA, helping many people on their road to sobriety. Bret had been sober for 30 years.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2023 from 11:00am-12:00pm at Finch Funeral Chapel in Nixon, Texas. Funeral services follow at 12pm with interment at Bundick Cemetery in Smiley, Texas.
