Brenda Jo Cotter, 82, of Stockdale, Texas passed away on July 22, 2019. Brenda was born on January 20, 1937 in Stockdale to Walter Milam Dowlearn and Lola Merle Mays Dowlearn whom have preceded her death along with her loving husband, Joe Harold Cotter; brother, Walter Bernard Dowlearn; great-granddaughter, Ashley Brooke Emery; sister-in-law, Jackie Dowlearn. Brenda is survived by her son, Randy Cotter (Susan); daughter, Su Zanne Kimble (Emmit); grandchildren, Shelby Peterson (Tony), Joe R. Cotter, Josh Cotter (Jenna), Rochelle Lopez (Bobby), Craig Butler (Natalie), Laura Rowoldt (Seth), and Raylene Zeitler (Justin); brother, Robert Dowlearn; sister, Debbie K. Westmoreland (David); 16 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
