Robert “Bob” Dodd entered eternal rest on November 22, 2017, at the age of 80. He was born on July 29, 1937, in Miller, South Dakota to Walter and Gwendolyn (Bryan) Dodd. On November 10, 1956, he married his loving wife, Andre Boido, in Santa Cruz, California. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Gene Dodd. Robert is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Andre Dodd; children, Andrew Dodd, Charlin Dodd Akin (Banks), and Robyn Dodd Rodriguez (Bobby); grandchildren, Shane Akin (Anna), Blaine Akin (Meghan), Josh Cotter (Jenna), Baylee Marshall, Reilee Marshall, Christian Rodriguez, Zachary Rodriguez, Trey Jordan, and Trenton Jordan; great-grandchildren, Cade, Callie, Colson, Case, Azlynn, Asher, Jase, and Jessa; siblings, Raymond Dodd (Inez) and Carol Sue Chandler (Jimmy); numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 28, 2017, at Finch Funeral Chapel- Stockdale, and the Rosary will be recited that same evening at 7:00 p.m.
