Obituary for Irene Jean Hubbell (Judd)

Irene Jean Hubbell, 84, was called back to God’s heavenly home on December 6, 2016 in La Vernia, Texas, surrounded by loved ones. Irene was born on February 27, 1932 in Muskegon, MI to Oliver Judd and Jean (Petrowski) Judd, whom have preceded her in death. Irene is survived by her children, Patti King and husband Michael, Johnny Hubbell and wife Donna, David Hubbell and wife Mary, Danny Hubbell and wife Tina, Greg Hubbell and wife Kathy, and Michael Hubbell and wife Judy; ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and brother, Ollie Judd. On her journey of life, she was blessed with so many friends, especially working at Denny’s, Pig Stand, Hi Way Haus, and Ranch House. A special thank you to the staff of Country Care Manor; and the staff of Companion Hospice. These wonderful people helped make this difficult journey of life one of tenderness, love, and laughter! We will always carry memories of your goodness close to our hearts. Thank you to St. Ann’s community and Father Stan for your help during this difficult time. A Rosary will be prayed on Wednesday, December 28, 2016, 10:00 am at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in La Vernia.
