Ernest Phillip  Dylla
Ernest Phillip Dylla, age 58, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2016, in San Antonio, after a nine-month battle with cancer. Ernest was born March 6, 1958 to Mr. and Mrs. Alfred T. and Regina (Zigmond) Dylla in San Antonio. Ernest was a faithful employee of HEB for over 28 years. He was a lifetime farmer and rancher and enjoyed fishing, hunting and his Lone Star beer. Ernest is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Cindy Sue Dylla; son, John Dylla; granddaughter, Cambree Dylla; brothers, Alfred Dylla, Jr. (Denise), Richard Dylla (Joey) and Leonard Dylla (Mary Jo); sisters, Florence Ostrowski (Don) and Carolyn Fleetwood (Don); mother-in-law, Patricia Robertson; numerous nieces and nephews; and many loving friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; father-in-law, Benjamin Robertson; sister-in-law, Janet Dylla; and niece, Erin Dylla. A visitation will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2016 from 5:00pm-8:00pm with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00pm, at Finch Funeral Chapel in La Vernia
