Willis M.  Bennett (Haak)
Willis M. (Haak) Bennett went to be with our precious Lord on Friday, August 26, 2016, at the age of 79. She was born on October 4, 1936, to Willie Haak and Ida (Koenig) Haak in Weesatche, TX. She was married to Norman E. Bennett on April 24, 1960. They had three children, Donald Wayne Bennett, Neal Scott Bennett and Kimberly Ann Bennett.

Willis was preceded in death by her loving husband, Norman E. Bennett; her parents; brother, Andrew Haak; sisters, Elbertha (Haak) Heider, Selma (Haak) Boerm, Edith Marie Haak, and an infant sister.

She is survived by her sons, Donald Bennett and wife Maria, Neal Bennett and wife Gisele; daughter, Kimberly Bennett; ex-daughter-in-law, Margaret Bodin; grandchildren, Dana Haight, Melinda Bennett, Amanda Bennett, Gregory Bennett, Anthony Bennett, Joe Haight, Leticia Vela, Alex Vela and Theresa Vela; great-grandchildren, Hunter Dean Haight, Jayla O’Neal Perry, Syke Michelle Willis Haight, Nikaila Renee Bennett and Elijah Lee Schueller; numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.

On Monday, Aug. 29, 2016, visitation is 1 – 2pm and service is at 2pm at Finch Funeral Chapel - Yorktown. Pastor John Nelson Evans will be officiating. Interment will follow at Weesatche Cemetery.
